I knew from the time I met with Katie about her wedding, that she would be a lot of fun. She is so easy-going and upbeat! I arrived at the venue, The Barn at Snider Farms, a little bit before Katie, so I took some photos of the absolutely gorgeous decor.
Hunter was there early getting some last minute things done, and his groomsmen helped out a little as well. Their bridal party was excellent!
Katie arrived to have her makeup done by her friend Sheena, who did an amazing job. That's Hunter and Katie's son, Creed, in the foreground. He'd just arrived, so Katie's mom brought him in to see mommy.
After getting Katie into her dress and doing some finishing touches on makeup, it was time for the first look.

We got some portraits of the sweet couple, then had the bridal party and some of the family come out for photos. We got as much done before the ceremony as we could.

The bridesmaids had a little toast before the ceremony.
It was a gorgeous ceremony! This area behind the barn is so dreamy, and was the perfect setting right before sunset. After that, more bridal party toasts with shots, then they were all announced into the reception.
We ducked back outside for some family photos that we missed before the ceremony, and I loved this sweet shot with Katie's grandmother. She wore a bracelet that Katie made her as a little girl. After family shots, it was back inside for toasts and dancing!
The DJ used a fog machine for some of the dancing.
With the sun going down, it was finally not so bright by the pond. We took the opportunity to grab a few shots of Hunter and Katie by the water.
Can you tell these guys have fun?! I loved getting to hang out with the wonderful people all day. Katie and Hunter have an amazing group of friends, and they helped make the day so special.
That's where I headed out, though they stayed around and enjoyed more reception time. Congrats you two, and thank you for including me as part of your day. It was an honor!
