Exit 87 BBQ Stand Photos

After doing a Hello, Jackson post on the Exit 87 BBQ stand off I-40, they asked me to take some photos for a picture menu they needed. I was SO EXCITED! The photos will help non-English-speaking customers pick what they want visually. We used a really simple set-up in a pile of wood with a red and white picnic cloth. I can't wait to stop back by there soon and see the pictures on display!

BBQ Lunch at the Market

This weekend has been absolutely indescribably wonderful! Rhett came over Friday and just hung out because I had a stomach ache (isn't he just the sweetest).

Story: I ate a sandwich from Target on Thursday, and that evening had a stomach ache. I didn't think it was the sandwich, so I ate the leftovers on Friday. Apparently it WAS the sandwich because I was once again aching in the stomach area. I guess I don't catch on too quickly, but I'll know for next time!

Then SATURDAY...

My mom came to town to go to the flea market! We found out after she drove 40 minutes that the flea market didn't come to town this month...major bummer. Instead, we stopped by the farmer's market for some bbq sandwiches. It was lunch time so most of the vendors were gone, but we still got some yummy lunch. This was just a great start to a wonderful day of shopping (more on that later).

Not exactly the most healthy day of eating, but I am all about some bbq on Labor Day weekend!
