Jenni & Andrew - Joyful Summer Wedding, Aeneas Building Jackson Tennessee

Earlier this month, I had the privilege of photographing Jenni and Andrew's wedding at Cornerstone Community Church. They had a reception following the ceremony at the Aeneas Building downtown. I loved spending the day with these two and their friends and family!

When I arrived at the Aeneas Building, I took a few photos of the reception setup while the girls were arriving and starting to get ready.

Once Jenni was in her dress and ready to go, we headed upstairs for a first look with her dad, then we did her first look with Andrew. We decided to do both of these indoors because it was extremely sunny out and pretty hot.

After the first look, we took all the portraits. Once again, we stuck to the inside for most of these. The courtyard at the Aeneas Building is so gorgeous, but there's not much shade out there when the sun is straight above. We managed some photos of Jenni and Andrew outside, but we couldn't get the group portraits done out there. I don't think they minded since that meant not enduring the crazy heat!

I have been obsessed with crepe myrtles this year. So pretty!

Jenni's brother offered to drive them around for portraits then to the church. Before we headed to the church he mentioned that they probably needed gas. We hit up the closest station and I got a few pictures of them there.

With the car fueled up, we headed on to the church!

After the beautiful ceremony, we took the remainder of the family portraits we needed, then headed to the reception.

After the first dances, Jenni and Andrew greeted a lot of their guests while everyone ate. The food was catered by Dumplins and it was delicious!

It was such a perfect day! Jenni and Andrew are so sweet together and their friends and family clearly love them so much. It was joyful and fun, just like a wedding should be!
